– You purchase a powertrain product (unit) from our Company
– We package and ship the product to you in a durable plastic tote
– You remove the old unit (aka core) from their vehicle
– The old core is then placed back into the empty tote
– The new unit is then installed as a replacement in your vehicle
– You return the tote back to us with the old core inside to receive your core charge refund
– Once the core is processed in-house, your initial core charge is refunded back to you
– Refunds are processed through to your initial form of payment (credit card or Affirm)
– All cores must be received within 6 months of receipt for core crediting to occur
– The returned core is then remanufactured for future use
– We continuously recycle old core for sustainability
